Ilatraia Is A Typical Bordeaux Blend, But With An Unusually Large Space For Petit Verdot (40%), Combined With Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) And Cabernet Franc (20%), Which Rests Half In New And Half In Used Barriques. It Is Dark Ruby Red And Moves Slowly, Showing Excellent Concentration. The Nose Is Dark, Compact And Penetrating; The Notes That Make Up The Heart Of The Bouquet (Blackberry, Blueberry, Plum, Black Cherry And Cassis) Are Expressed With Precision And Intensity.
